mso-bidi-font-family: 'Palatino Linotype';\"><span style=\"mso-list: Ignore;\">6.1.<span style=\"font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><span lang=\"CS\">Prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed odpov\u00edd\u00e1 za to, \u017ee j\u00edm poskytnut\u00e1 slu\u017eba nem\u00e1 vady, tedy \u017ee bude m\u00edt slu\u017eba vlastnosti, kter\u00e9 si strany ujednaly, a chyb\u00ed-li takov\u00e9 ujedn\u00e1n\u00ed, tak takov\u00e9 vlastnosti, kter\u00e9 prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed popsal \u010di kter\u00e9 kupuj\u00edc\u00ed mohl o\u010dek\u00e1vat s ohledem na povahu slu\u017eby a kter\u00e9 se hod\u00ed ke stanoven\u00e9mu \u00fa\u010delu. Prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed odpov\u00edd\u00e1 tak\u00e9 za to, \u017ee slu\u017eba vyhovuje po\u017eadavk\u016fm pr\u00e1vn\u00edch p\u0159edpis\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"uroven2\" style=\"mso-list: l0 level2 lfo1;\"><span lang=\"CS\" style=\"mso-fareast-font-family: 'Palatino Linotype'; Spory ze smlouvy budou \u0159e\u0161eny v\u00fdhradn\u011b p\u0159ed soudy \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"uroven2\" style=\"mso-list: l0 level2 lfo1;\"><span lang=\"CS\" style=\"mso-fareast-font-family: 'Palatino Linotype'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Palatino Linotype';\"><span style=\"mso-list: Ignore;\">8.3.<span style=\"font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><span lang=\"CS\">Smlouva a tyto VOP, kter\u00e9 jsou jej\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed, obsahuj\u00ed \u00fapln\u00e9 ujedn\u00e1n\u00ed stran a nahrazuj\u00ed v\u0161echna p\u0159edchoz\u00ed ujedn\u00e1n\u00ed t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se t\u00e9ho\u017e p\u0159edm\u011btu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"uroven2\" style=\"mso-list: l0 level2 lfo1;\"><span lang=\"CS\" style=\"mso-fareast-font-family: 'Palatino Linotype'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Palatino Linotype';\"><span style=\"mso-list: Ignore;\">8.4.<span style=\"font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><span lang=\"CS\">Aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed verze VOP je v\u017edy dostupn\u00e1 na internetov\u00fdch str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edho.
